Carcassone Cemetery

from $125.00

The medieval walled city of Carcassonne has stood for centuries, its stones absorbing the weight of history, war, and the quiet passage of time. Within its fortified embrace, children have laughed, families have lived and lost, all bound inevitably to the great equalizer—death. Just beyond the imposing walls, a vast graveyard sprawls, its landscape of weathered mausoleums and solemn statues frozen in silent vigil. Among them, offerings once left in love and remembrance now gather dust, the hands that placed them long since turned to dust themselves. Here, the past lingers, not just in the fortress above, but in the eternal conversation between the living and the dead.

This is my original photo printed on metal and shipped directly to you by my print on demand partner, an environmentally responsible way to source artwork. The 16 x 20 and 20 x 30 will arrive ready to hang with a floating mount hanger so that it will create an elegant profile separating it from your wall by nearly an inch. The 11 x 14  will have your choice of a sturdy easel back support or the integrated floating metal mount hanger.
